5 Star Developers was formed in 2019 as a custom residential home builder focused in the South Florida area committed to building quality homes at affordable prices. In 2020, 5 Star Developers purchased the 12 -acre partially developed site in Palm Beach Gardens known as Trevi Isle for the purpose of finishing the site work development and completing the construction of the 50 townhome community in a private nature-like setting. 5 Star Developers is currently searching for other quality residential sites to develop both private single-family homes and townhomes in the South Florida area.
The 5 Star team includes over 100 years of combined real estate development, construction, and sales experience. Steven Fischer, 5 Stars CEO has more than 30 years of experience in various residential and commercial real estate related activities, including residential development, commercial office ownership, condo conversions, residential and commercial renovations, new home construction and sales, leasing and property management related services. The collective 5 star team includes more than 40 years of general construction/contracting services and more than 30 years of sales, leasing and property management related services.
5 Star Developers is financially strong. Trevi Isle is capitalized by 5 Star Developers with no outside debt and is constructing its townhomes without a construction loan.
5 STAR DEVELOPERS CEO, STEVEN FISCHER’S BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Steven Fischer earned his B.B.A. from Pace University in New York City in 1982 and just two years later founded the C.P.A. firm of Zand, Fischer, Muroff, P.A., where he served as a managing partner for 26 years. Since 2010, he founded the C.P.A. firm Sadoff, Fischer, and Associates, P. A. In addition to his C.P.A. business, Mr. Fischer has a passion and specialty for residential and commercial real estate. Since 1989, Mr. Fischer has been a partner in a 150,000 sq. ft. retail and office complex located in Wellington, Florida. In 2000, Fischer founded Executive Management and Leasing, Inc., which manages commercial office properties, condo conversions and residential homeowners’ associations. The company and its affiliates have managed, leased purchased and sold over 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial real estate across South Florida and developed more than 1000 residential units in numerous communities throughout the state of Florida.
Mr. Fischer also founded Executive Land Development, Inc. in 2005, which develops residential land for local, regional and national homebuilders who build homes in residential communities. Fischer’s residential real estate development experience includes being a partner in Reed Homes in Ocala, and Bayshore Custom Homes in Tampa. He was also a partner in a ground-up 300 unit apartment development in Wellington, which was sold in 2004. Fischer is currently developing a large P.U.D. in Ocala consisting of 1000 residential homesites and a 240 acre Master Plan community near Tampa.
With more than ten decades combined of real estate and financial expertise, Fischer and his team are excited to create a bright future for Trevi Isle. In just its first few months of ownership, 5 Star has funded over one million dollars improving the community and completing phase 1 consisting of 21 townhomes and is in permit for construction of another 29 townhomes and expects to commence construction starting September 2020. Trevi Isle is 24% sold out during its first 100 days. Trevi Isle grand opening and first closings are scheduled for late August 2020.
